Dear customers,

If the goods you purchased in NECKOMu (retail store, and told through the on line store) and get the appropriate address (home or building site) service of our transport damaged or deformed you will be replaced in accordance with the following conditions.

Please when taking the goods / products on site to check the completeness of following:

  • The amount of taken goods / products,
  • physical and
  • technical accuracy of the goods / products

and to report at the time of taking damage or complaint for late claims on this basis will not be accepted.

If for some reason you want to exchange goods for other goods you can do in our retail store within 30 days from the date of shopping under the following conditions:

  • Do you have an account you get when buying goods
  • The product is not used
  • That the product is in original packaging with accompanying documentation


It is possible to only replace the product for other products from our range and no refund.


Warranties

If goods are subject to a guarantee, warranty product, a customer realizes the nearest authorized service producers as specified in the warranty purchased goods.

Buyer shall be entitled to any claim the purchased product, for which the warranty card was issued, because of defects arising within the specified warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with the terms of the warranty paper products only if:

  1. That the customer / user shook the product according to the manufacturer;
  2. That the product is mechanically damaged, or that the lack of product / commodity created his fault.
  3. That together with the product attached original receipt, warranty card stamped by the seal and signature NECKOM;
  4. Have information on the product and the warranty (product type, product code) corresponding to the purchased product;
  5. That the product is opened or serviced by unauthorized persons.

Authorized service shall within the prescribed period for the warranty repair failure, if possible, a warranty period is extended depending on the manufacturer's warranty and service to the final elimination. If your claim is established and authorized service center is unable to eliminate the deficiency within the prescribed period, or the breakdown of the advertised items, it shall issue a certificate of it, which gives consumers the right to return purchased products for another product, the corresponding brand (type, model) if this is consistent with the policy of return, warranty claim and the conditions for that product.
